Gourmet Restaurant The world of Lyon is recreated in this Belle Époque setting, with earthenware and frescoes, molded wood, old advertisements, forged steel, Thonet chairs, and the impression of traveling back in time. And thanks to Jean-Paul Lacombe, history is brought to life with an indefatigable taste for the authentic. On the menu: salade lyonnaise, gratinée à l'oignon, quenelle de brochet with crayfish sauce, tête de veau with ravigote sauce, crème brûlée with chestnut cream. Very good service.
