Well placed in the local concert, this well-known restaurant is back in the spotlight, and the Lyonnais are delighted. In this carefully designed setting, the menu-card at €35 is a good option for this street where the competition is tough: crab and zucchini ravioli with trout roe and bacon siphon, mushroom cannelloni with ricotta, onion cream, béchamel and reblochon cheese, beef cheek confit with grated cheddar, spinach sprout-crusted salmon, exotic pineapple passion mango baba. The place is elegant, and the service does what it takes to make you feel good and pampered.
