Gourmet Restaurant For forty-five years now, Jean-Louis Manoa's "bouchon" has been an unmissable spot, always packed to the rafters at lunchtime and in the evenings. With its terrace overlooking the street, its tables under the passageway and its rooms that are as cramped as they are warm, the place is alive with contagious good humor, where year after year, the good classics of the Lyonnais repertoire are replayed. You won't want to miss the ravioles de Romans, the scallop soufflé with lobster sauce, the blanquette de veau de lait de Corrèze, the tablier de sapeur or even the onglet de boeuf Angus, with shallot sauce, marrow bone and macaroni gratin. A fine regional cellar, with good wines from both Beaujolais and the Rhône Valley. First menu at €19.30.
