Gourmet Restaurant Like the Cucina tropézienne, the model is being deployed for Alain Ducasse in Paris, to be discovered on the first floor of the Maison de la Mutualité. The concept works well, with a cheerful, pop decor, like a seventies trattoria, populated by curved wood, orange textiles, tinted glass and waxed concrete. The plates welcome a convincing transalpine cuisine, a revisit of the pizza stracciatella, mortadella and preserved lemon, a plate of fregola sarda, eel, black cabbage and burnt clementine, a crispy pork belly, pommes grenailles, cime di rapa and mirto di Sardegna, a cocoa ravioli, Madagascar chocolate sorbet. Tasting menu €70.
