Julia Sedefdjian knows how to seduce as well as surprise with her colorful cuisine, perfumed with accents of the South. From her origins in Nice, she draws inspiration that delights, from Normandy to Italy. A pure delicacy to start with scallops, Nice squash mousseline, salicornia and hazelnut butter, the signature dish, the "Bouillabaieta", a plate featuring monkfish, sea bass and hake, fennel mousseline, all washed down with a tasty fish soup, before a roasted venison back, roasted puntarelle, stewed shoulder confit, smoked gnocchi with fir buds and a lovely citrus freshness for dessert.
