More than thirty years of dedicated service promoting Tibetan cuisine in Paris—that certainly deserves praise. The setting is simple, the welcome exceptionally warm, and the service genuinely sincere, featuring soups and salads, Tibetan dumplings, spiced stir-fried beef, pork with pickled radishes, noodles, rice and vermicelli, and homemade yogurt… All served with tea or lassi.
