Gault&Millau's review 2025

Between Place Saint-Michel and the Odéon crossroads, this address is already a sell-out, and all the better for it. We fell in love with this Left Bank retreat, largely influenced by the Nouvelle Vague, and designed by Raphaël Navot - voted designer 2023 at Maison&Objet. Pure lines and raw materials (fluted oak, burnt wood floors) for the 109 rooms and suites, which extend onto terraces on the top floors and an intimate garden on the first floor; a Mexican-Asian-inspired restaurant led by chef Othoniel Alvarez Castaneda and a cinema room where you can watch mythical films from the 1960s... Everything here makes you want to put down your suitcases, and even continue your stay. Best of all, there's a rooftop perched on the 9th floor with a 360° view of the capital, making it one of the hotspots for Parisian parties.
