We love this hotel, nestled a stone's throw from the Panthéon and decorated by architect Cyril Durant Behar, who has combined raw concrete and a 70s spirit with large sofas and vintage furniture. The result, as original as it is warm, can be seen in the 53 rooms spread over 6 floors (some opening onto small terraces) and the communal areas, notably the lounge where you can sip a delicious cocktail signed by mixologist Alceste Siobban Van Holz. As soon as the sun begins to shine, head for the rooftop, with its 360° view of the City of Light, after a visit to the spa with pool, hammam, sauna and fitness room.
