Every time you visit, you'll be greeted by the success of this discreet establishment, with its ever-popular landmarks, such as confit sea bass, roasted sweetbreads or pigeon en croûte, before a seasonal tart (rhubarb and strawberry, recently). Service in the same tone, restrained and pleasant.
