Chef's Restaurant The street is discreet - yet famous - and Kazuyuki Fujinuma's restaurant confidential. The ideal setting for refined cuisine using top-quality ingredients. In this zen and hushed decor, a fine experience with octopus marinated in lemon and radish, scallops cooked in melted butter, vitelotte chips, shiso balls, smoked oyster with lettuce, spinach sabayon, sole meunière, purple carrot emulsion or roasted calf sweetbread with baby vegetables, before concluding with a hazelnut tart, vanilla chantilly and beet sorbet, in an ensemble full of finesse and taste. Attentive service, classic cellar with reliable references.
