Gourmet Restaurant Having toured the world via the Bahamas and Shanghai, young chef Florent has logically returned to offer a fusion cuisine inspired by his travels. The Opera district once again proves its vitality. Here, a trendy address on two levels where pop elements blend with an old building, while the chef brews terroirs, ravioli stuffed with pig's trotters, crab bisque, mint and barley, grilled fillet of sea bream, yuzu mascarpone sauce, chimichurri cereals and sunflower seeds, Shanghainese-style pork, a banoffee pie. Petite cave, with Jérémy Huchet, Duseigneur, Rodolphe Duculty.
