Gourmet Restaurant The lunch menu is an undeniable asset for this friendly, well-arranged establishment, with its rough stone walls, blond wood tables and large counter. The recipes are simple and well applied, the service is error-free and everything flows smoothly, with the perfect egg, smoked mushrooms, yellow wine and vegetable oil, the duck breast, clementines, textured carrots and reduced juice, the fine Valrhona guanaja chocolate tart, chocolate sorbet, all with a good cocoa intensity. Wine by the glass between €8 and €13, drawn from a cellar of small, fresh and inexpensive appellations, with no stars, rather Burgundy and Rhône, complemented by a few great Champagne houses.
