Chef's Restaurant With discretion and regularity, Anthony Baud has found his place in a personal gastronomy that respects his roots while developing a personality all his own. A refined approach to outstanding products, in a refined vein that sometimes verges on the quintessential: truffle egg, one of the chef's classics, roasted scallops with burnt Noilly Prat leeks, low-temperature veal fillet with reduced black garlic jus and soufflé potatoes in a four-course menu for €78, which concludes nicely with the coffee chocolate vanilla caramel dessert "a tribute to my mom". Slightly solemn atmosphere, extensive cellar.
