Chef's Restaurant Now with a second address (Maison Baud, rue de l'Arbre Sec, in parallel), Anthony Baud can give free rein to his demanding gastronomy, willingly luxurious (a Caviar menu at €160) and selecting, according to his credo, the best products: roasted scallops with miso beurre blanc, low-temperature free-range poultry with truffle-reduced cream and mushroom condiment, and crunchy chocolate pistachio ganache with candied orange lemon and blood orange sorbet. In the evening, a four-course menu at €72, and €10 more with Mons cheeses... With a little extra boldness and identity, the third toque wouldn't be far off.
