Gourmet Restaurant Nice, inexpensive for lunch, in a beautiful, well-placed space in a gourmet corner of the presqu''île, the new restaurant of Mickael Moly, whom we knew at Thomas, starts with caution, but also with a good baggage. The place is well-appointed and simple, and the classics are there, rather well arranged, worthy of a first toque from the outset: snacked scallops with tuberous chervil and lemongrass, Mediterranean meagre, parsnip and citrus, organic veal fillet with Jerusalem artichoke and scorsonère... Good products, diligent service.
