Gourmet Restaurant A pretty house with vaulted walls, now home to a well-crafted bistro offering a choice of menus, from the €25 lunchtime set menu to the €44 menu-card, which reconciles local tradition and current fashion, with a little research: pollack confit with citrus and beet, grilled squid with butternut and Kalamata virgin, two-cooked mallard with red wine pear and celery, red mullet with coconut and broccoli emulsion, Valrhona chocolate soufflé tartlet. The toque is confirmed, with well-trained service.
