A modern-day bouchon, quiet and open, with a welcome simplicity. The slate of daily specials (joue de cochon, onglet, filet de merlu aux poireaux...) is matched by classics (pâté-croûte, quenelle with lobster sauce, tripe de boeuf, cervelle des canuts) and contemporary dishes (velouté de butternut féta cébettes, filet de lieu crème de courge au miel), all aided by a large classic cellar. Small terrace for fine weather.
