Chef Franck Putelat, a native of the Jura, settled in Carcassonne in 2013, dazzled by the beauty of the town and the quality of the surrounding terroirs. A perfect reflection of his dual culture, his cuisine is attracting a growing number of loyal guests, who are happy to extend the experience in the hotel designed just for them by the owner. A total of seven rooms infuse the same refined, contemporary spirit that presides over Franck Putelat's table. Vast, luminous spaces, uncluttered decor, soft tones and natural materials... everything here invites relaxation and serenity, with small, Japanese-style terraces opening onto the shady park. An anthology breakfast further enhances the gastronomic experience imagined by this generous and talented chef.
