Out of ranking Nestled in the small village of Montréal, close to the Canal du Midi, this guest house offers 4 rooms and an apartment with a witty decor featuring vintage lamps, furniture sourced from nearby antique shops and beautiful terracotta floors, not to mention chic, eco-friendly bedding with organic cotton mattresses. A beautiful veranda welcomes guests for breakfast, while a terrace and delightful walled garden invite you to relax. Owned by the (very) warm-hearted Cathy and Jean-Marie, this place feels like a family home, where you can recharge your batteries before setting off to discover the treasures of the surrounding area, from Castelnaudary to the Canal du Midi, via the Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle trail which passes through the village.
