Prestige Hotel In the heart of the Corbières mountains, this splendid fortified château (listed as a historic monument) has been brought back to life under the impetus of Isabelle and Vincent Nourrisson, who have succeeded in preserving its medieval soul while equipping it with every contemporary comfort. Refined and cosy, the 34 rooms and suites combine antique furnishings, vaulted ceilings and modern bathrooms, without in any way overshadowing their charm. The communal areas have retained the same authenticity, from the former chapel to the restaurant, where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine. Close to Carcassonne, a nature refuge and member of the Collectionneurs, which also boasts a beautiful swimming pool and tennis courts.
