We loved the guest house they opened in 2005, when they first arrived in the Languedoc region. Eager to expand their space with the arrival of their children, Tilly and William Howard have this time set their sights on the beautiful Domaine de Capiès, 30 minutes from Carcassonne. This little paradise comprises a farmhouse and 4 houses converted into an apartment and 3 gîtes for 2, 4 or 5 people. Perfect refuges, bright and cosy with whitewashed walls, exposed beams and deep sofas. Guests come here to enjoy the serenity of the estate, with its 20 m long swimming pool, hammocks for lazing around under the trees and pétanque court, not forgetting the small bar-restaurant serving local produce and the boutique in the newly renovated barn.
