The historic setting invites you to cross the vaulted threshold of this renowned establishment. The chic, inexpensive menus complete the picture without clashing, and the service provides an overall service worthy of a chef's hat: black pork ravioli with ginger consommé, pan-fried scallops with buckwheat risotto and coral beurre blanc, cassoulet from Languedoc, vanilla praline millefeuille... A good Menu de la Semaine at €29.
