Gault&Millau's review 2026

Just above the Porte Narbonaise, a small tourist inn that diligently fulfills its mission of feeding travelers at low cost. We don't ask for more, counting on the Auberge menu at less than €20, with gésiers confit salad, coustellous and andouillette de Troyes.
