Produced organically and biodynamically with the three traditional grape varieties, this wine is highly saline and complex. It's simply stunning! But imagine it with even more years on the lees, as it becomes more domesticated and refined, and a little patina attenuates its liveliness and acidity, still marked by its great length on the palate. Two pieces of advice: buy it and keep it in the cellar... and when you want to drink it, decant it gently and enjoy it with gourmet dishes.
