Vinified in barrels, this cuvée has a magnificent rose-gold color. The nose is superb, full of finesse and delicacy. On the palate, the wine is a model of balance between roundness, delicacy and tension. Above all, this champagne is, quite literally, alive and vibrant, with a finish of fine Champagne bitters. A complete cuvée that's a pleasure to open with lobster.
