Vincent Charlot no longer sees himself as a manipulative winemaker, but as a "craftsman of the earth, a creator of spirituality and an exaltation of sensations". His estate is located in Mardeuil, near Épernay. He treats his vines biodynamically, using fermented plant extracts and infusions, while respecting the lunar calendar. The result: wines with a strong personality and one of the region's most gifted winemakers.
