Made from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier, this cuvée is a crushed strawberry color with coppery highlights, dosed at 4 g/l with grape juice. On the palate, cherry and kirsch, followed by citrus peel bitters and a medium-length finish that's salivating, fresh and very "natural". A perfect match for Moroccan cuisine.
