This is a very successful Chardonnay. With notes of buttered toast and fresh hazelnuts, it delivers a generous nose. This is followed by a lively, clean attack on the palate, with slightly acidic notes. This extra brut is very round and ideal as an aperitif with Comté cheese gougères.
