A blend vinified in amphorae without malolactic fermentation. The nose opens with fine, powerful aromas. Notes of quince, redcurrant and nectarine are superb. On the palate, the finely tuned bubbles convey an all-too-rare complexity of flavors and textures. The finely saline finish transports us. An original treat.
