It's the House's grand cuvée and undeniably one of the region's finest prestige cuvées, even if it's always drunk too early. Today, the 2006 vintage opens with a fullness of flavor and distinction, with notes of yellow fruit, pastry and very fresh citrus. On the palate, the cuvée is at its best, with the extra breed and definition that enable it to combine, as rarely before, fullness, power, structure and finesse. The bubbles are meticulous and accompany the wine. A top cuvée that could wait many more years if you can resist the urge to open it.
