The nose of this incredibly fresh Sir Winston Churchill 2004 is even more complex than that of the Blanc de Blancs 2004, with notes of candied rhubarb and tangerine. Then, with aeration, a noble, perfectly balanced honeyed, pastry-like character emerges. On the palate, we find the coherence and elegance of great champagnes.
