A magnificent orange-pink color for this rosé with a nose of cherry, citrus and brioche with angelica nuggets. On aeration, spicy notes of great complexity emerge. On the palate, the spirit of the house is expressed, combining finesse, complexity and elegance. After 10 years in the cellar, this champagne retains an excellent balance between acidic tension, fine bubbles and endless length. Superb.
