Still a superb, intense color for this cuvée, which has nothing in common with light-colored wines. The powdery, even airy nose, with notes of pink boudoir, elderberry, raspberry liqueur and caramel, continues to evolve with aeration, with faded flowers and spicy notes. On the palate, the champagne is delicate, full-bodied, complex, consistent, fruity and taut. Endlessly long, this 2008 is magnificent now and for years to come.
