Produced from the estate's various parcels and predominantly Pinot Noir (70%), this edition is succulent. The nose is fresh and complex, with a generous fruitiness that is never overpowering. On the palate, the wine is quite stunning: barely dosed (1.8 g/l), it offers the sweetness of a ripe grape and the freshness of the Champagne terroir. A champagne both powerful and fine, a notch brighter than the previous edition, to be enjoyed on all occasions, from the aperitif to the dinner table.
