A powerful, aromatic pure Chardonnay. White fruit aromas (pear and fresh quince) are followed by fine pastry notes in a beautiful complexity. On the palate, the champagne is both elegant and powerful, with a full mid-palate, especially for this 2017 vintage. The finish is long, with the ethereal, even crystalline quality of the house's wines.
