A beautiful, finely tinted gold color for this blanc de noirs, which is probably unfiltered. On the nose, the grape is perfectly preserved, complemented by notes of smoke, redcurrant jelly, evanescent black fruits and small white flowers. The palate is chiseled, juicy, precise and straightforward, with notes of flint on the finish. Pair with smoked cod with bread needles.
