With its magnificent old rose color, this basic edition 2015 contains only 6% red wine... from Bouzy, of course! The nose is immediately expressive, complex and floral. There are notes of candied citrus, toast, vine peaches and red berries. The palate is equally fine and balanced, with sparkling bubbles. On the finish, retro-olfaction brings back all the initial flavors, including violet. Pair this champagne with a platter of octopus à la galicienne.
