One of the greatest bottles of the vintage! The nose is incredible. Highly complex, it constantly evolves in perfect definition: fresh fruit, candied fruit, wood, toast and toasted reduction. The palate is deep, bright and vibrant. The bubbles are just right, and the finish is incredibly long. For some tasters on the committee, this 2004 version may even be superior to the sublime 2002. Grandissime. Here we find the full expression of Bollinger's accomplished style, in which the drinkability of the vintage is magnified. An exceptional bottle to open with a medallion of lobster in broth, accompanied by a few grains of osciètre caviar.
