Fantastic bottle! Behind an astonishing initial veil of watermelon aroma appear, in rare complexity, notes of yellow stone fruit, dried fruit, hazelnut and spicy notes of yellow curry. This complexity is echoed on the palate, with elegance, nuance and constant evolution from the first to the last sip. The bubbles are as fine as the wine is ample, and the two seem inseparable for a divine mouthfeel. Pair it with a full-bodied wine glass (not a flute) and the finest 36-month-aged summer Comté and enjoy. Simply the best Champagne has to offer.
