Tasted in November 2016, this cuvée is a clear, limpid rosé. On the nose and palate, it is both powerful and delicious. Complex, it delivers notes of red fruit, as well as tobacco and flowers (old roses). The bubbles are meticulous, revealing all the flavors. Superb today, with a finish of rare precision, this champagne could wait a few more years. Enjoy with salmon gravelax with pink berries.
