A 2014 vintage that suits it well: this cuvée oscillates between greediness and purity. The very open aromatic palette delivers notes of strawberry and raspberry jam with great frankness. Volume and chalky bubbles on the palate. A cuvée to pair with clams au gratin with seaweed butter and Kampot pepper. Superb!
