Another year for this prestigious cuvée from the House of Aÿ, already featured in our guide last year. One more year and a very fine evolution: a nose as complex as ever, with a hint more of yellow fruit, a more pronounced buttery touch and hints of apple pie beginning to emerge. On the palate, the style is just as vinous, round and ample, with that extra energy that carries the wine and makes it sublime. Superb!
