Very fine 2012, combining finesse, freshness and power. This grand cuvée, drawn under cork, distills a nose that opens with notes of stone fruits, toasted cereals and dried fruits. On the palate, the wine reveals its breadth, fullness and roundness, while retaining the freshness characteristic of the region. On the finish, the beautiful Champagne bitters make this bottle a pleasure to savor at the table with fine poultry.
