The pulp of the white nectarine, the juiciness of the peach and the sweetness of the panettone all contribute to a very seductive, cheerful and gourmand nose. On aeration, spicy notes (saffron, turmeric) add their sweetness. The palate is creamy, with lovely bitters. Yellow fruit, citrus and a touch of brioche are present, before a more evolved finish reminiscent of dried fig.
