A beautiful entry made of tasty white fruits, with extreme precision that transports us from the first nose. This is followed by notes of fresh almonds, anise, bergamot and dried fruit. A very successful olfactory experience. The environment, like this cuvée's terroir of origin, is vinous but greedy, the bubbles are lively and the persistence close to warm stone, while distilling fine melliferous notes.
