Since 1834, six generations of the Boizel family have succeeded one another at the head of the company. Today, Florent Roques-Boizel and his brother Lionel preside over its destiny. Since their arrival in 2019, they have set their champagne on a new development strategy, with an ever more precise vision of the wines and the Boizel experience. Spread over 7 ha, the vineyard is located in the heart of the best historic Champagne crus, including the Côte des Blancs and Avize, where the family originated. Florent and Lionel work hand-in-hand with their winemaking partners, managing the vines with respect for nature and the environment, thanks to a "cousu-main" approach and work that is as close as possible to the personality of each cru and each plot. The result is precise, distinctive wines that perfectly express the character of their terroirs. Each champagne is revealed after a long ageing period in the coolness of the cellars. This quest for balance between time and terroir is one of the hallmarks of Boizel production. The house also welcomes epicureans from all over the world to its magnificently renovated showcase on the Avenue de Champagne in Épernay.
