Decked out in a topaz color with brown highlights, this "jewel" cuvée carries an unparalleled nobility and charisma. The effervescence teems with evanescence. The nose, delicate with strawberry tart, persimmon and pitaya, invites a gourmet goulet. Tasted in June 2017, the wine offers a structured, homogeneous attack on the palate. Velvety tannins give way to a certain racy quality. All is subtlety. Enjoy as an aperitif or with duck with trumpets of death.
