A blend of Grands Crus and Premier Crus from the Côte des Blancs in this Chardonnay cuvée tasted in October 2018, whose discreet dosage reveals the finesse of the terroirs. The salivating, chalky palate offers notes of combava and tangerine zest, while a fine mousse caresses the tongue. Magnificent with shellfish in a puff pastry crust.
