Made from a blend of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot grapes (including 10% Meunier), this cuvée has a beautiful, limpid color and millimetric bubbles. On the nose, spicy notes dominate on opening, with aromas of tobacco, noble wood and toast. On the palate, the wine is voluptuous, greedy and perfectly accomplished, right through to its long, lively finish. A fine 2004, in a ripe, rich style, perfectly ready to be enjoyed now.
