Freshness as if it were raining, but in summer. Sweetness like apricot or mirabelle plum jam, elegance and a touch of noble herbs make up a charming bouquet, enhanced by a hint of spice (cardamom, vanilla). The palate is intensely fresh. White fruits are present in a somewhat narrow body, although the potential of this cuvée is palpable. Sweet aromas of cocoa, black tea and a hint of spice add complexity to the finish, which remains taut.
