A refined cuvée with a pale gold color. The fine bubbles sparkle sparsely. The subtle, floral, fine nose delicately expresses notes of acacia, candied citrus fruit, vine peach, bergamot, sugared almonds and honey. Silky, creamy and lightly toasted on the palate, with an elegant minerality. Perfect as an aperitif, or with a la plancha saint-pierre and asparagus mousseline.
