A great success for this remarkable vintage. The bubbles are deliciously creamy and crunchy, and the juice is sappy and chewy. The aroma develops on blond tobacco, exotic wood and very ripe, exotic fruit. A very expressive cuvée with a long finish that stretches towards old rose. Beautiful chalky presence with a hint of texture for a great match with lobster vol au vent.
