Creamy is the first word that comes to mind when you reach for your glass. Luscious too, like custard, fresh apricot purée, vine peach pulp and maquis. With an air of not touching, the bouquet is superbly complex, underlined by sweet, fresh spices (nutmeg, smoked paprika, white pepper). Far from being tired, the material retains a superb acidic freshness like a dash of clementine juice. It exudes a crazy energy, all restrained, as if restrained. It will take many years for it to express its full potential, even if its insolent youth already suits it well. Power, intensity, balance and persistence... The finish is endless.
